Our full-planning package includes being with you from start to finish. From choosing your vendors (or friendors as we like to call them) to finalizing the decor, we're with you throughout the entire planning process.
We'll work directly with all of your vendors to bring your vision to live with a focus on sustainability and natural beauty. We start with your vision because we want your celebration to be uniquely you.
Then, we'll develop a unique design concept that transforms your wedding space with an eye toward personality, style, and budget. And we'll do all this without ever forgetting about the guest experience. In fact, we'll help you create an amazing, meaningful event for your guests.
We love tech and believe that an organized wedding is a great wedding! As a Clearwater Couple, you will have a custom site that houses everything you need. From a planning checklist, a budget, and worksheets - it’s all inside. Think of it as a home base that keeps everything in one handy spot - no need to fumble in your Google Drive for docs; you can simply bookmark a single link.
On the day of your wedding, you will have complete on-site management and coordination so that you can enjoy your wedding day and be fully present with those you love.

Our most popular package is for the couple who is off to a good start in wedding planning.
You've booked the perfect venue, have a general wedding budget, and maybe even have a jump start on booking some of your dream team of vendors. But with the wedding planning process being so time-consuming, you're looking for an experienced wedding planner who can provide that extra support and guidance, especially when it comes to holding a sustainable wedding.

When should we book?
This Wedding Day Management package starts 8 weeks before your wedding day to ensure that the Clearwater Events team is fully prepared and able to execute all of your plans. With an eye towards sustainability and beauty, we can make sure that your wedding goes off without a hitch.

For the self-sufficient couple that has planned most parts of the wedding but wants to take a step back the day of.
What does this package include?
- Access to our Wedding Planning Blueprint
- Up to 3 pre-wedding consultations to discuss plans, logistics, and expectations
- At the halfway point, we'll schedule a check in to see what progress we've made, and how we can set you up for success in the final months
- At 6 weeks out, we'll have a Finalization Meeting. We'll go through all the details of your day, and use this as a starting point for your robust wedding day timeline.
- Review of all vendor contracts to finalize logistics and tweak as necessary (note: this does not include dispensing legal advice)
- Oversee all final vendor communications
- Creation of a robust wedding day timeline

Day of your wedding
