Where Holiday History Meets Modern Management

A beloved holiday tradition, Christmas at Hycroft is a festive four-day market held at the historic Hycroft Manor.  Clearwater was brought on as project managers to support the Club's volunteer committees and elevate the event experience from the inside out.  Our role included managing external vendors, coordinating 40+ artisans, overhauling and building the event website, and leading all ticketing, marketing, communications and PR.  The result was lots of festive cheer (with 6000+ attendees) that honoured tradition, while embracing new systems and tools to set the event up for long-term success. We're so grateful to have been a part of one of Vancouver's original Christmas markets.
